We had travelled to Siracusa partly to make day trips to beaches to the south, but Musciara's beach is so clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view out to sea and Ortygia, that we could have spent all our time there and been very happy. Ortygia is a - This was....Paradise! An oasis of rest in the bustling life of Siracusa. Nice and friendly staff. Although only 3stars rated, it is worth a 5 star resort. The only one with a private beach, it was just great to start our trip there. For the boys they even could use a kayak which they enjoyed. Breakfast was amazing when comparing with Italy standards.

er I wanted to know or do, they were two steps ahead of me. Everything was perfect. I can 't give a better review. AAA+++. - We loved the location in the old city, the breakfasts were fair,the woman serving the breakfasts was lovely. we never saw the reception staff after our arrival, which was a shame as our air conditioner was very noisy so we couldn't sleep with it on and it was very hot. Apart from that the room was great. we loved the terrace. The market was great as was the swimming in the local beach.
