  The room was large, pleasant and tastefully decorated. Everything worked, the room was clean and airy. The bed was comfortable. Staff in reception were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty - lots of sweet stuff, but that's Sicily for you! The only one with a private beach, it was just great to start our trip there. For the boys they even could use a kayak which they enjoyed. Breakfast was amazing when comparing with Italy standards.

  I've recommended all the hotels in Sicily, but this is the best. The location is perfect...a short walk from everywhere you want to go, except the ancient Greek and Roman sites, but guess what...the charming young women at the hotel make that easy. Among many things, I was recommended to the most delightful restaurant right down the street. Whatev... wat mensen zeggen » er I wanted to know or do, they were two steps ahead of me. Everything was perfect. I can 't give a better review. AAA+++. - We loved the location in the old city, the breakfasts were fair,the woman serving the breakfasts was lovely. we never saw the reception staff after our arrival, which was a shame as our air conditioner was very noisy so we couldn't sleep with it on and it was very hot. Apart from that the room was great. we loved the terrace. The market was great as was the swimming in the local beach.
