  Matala has a wonderfull beach with clear water in a bay far from large tourist groups. It is a small village. Nikos Hotel is a small family hotel with private sitting groups with nice shadow outside at least second floor rooms. The apartments are nice, with lovely gardens. It was close to the beach. Matala is a lovely little town in a beautiful setting. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return here.

  Fantastic Hotel 2 is located next to the beach, in the heart of Matala town. The old owners are always very nice and warm. The lady offered us many coffies, although there's no breakfast included in the room price.   The refurbishment to the hotel was a very nice surprise. As usual, we really enjoyed our stay again with this lovely family.

  The hotel rooms are nicely designed and look pretty stylish, the staff were very friendly, the rooms were properly cleaned every day.
