The location was really good close to other hotels and shopping area by car or bus. The staff are well spoken and very nice. The design of the hotel is brilliant :)

The rooms are very clean and the Hotel is very well situated (only 5 minutes walk from all the restaurants and bar).
Being a 5 star hotel we thaught that the cocktails at the pool bar would be much more expensive than the rest of Faliraki, But NO, it was only 0.3 cent more :) So we had a lot of those :) -

Staff was very friendly, enough parking for rented cars very close to your room. You don't really need a car because there is a little shuttle bus, but it's easier to get to your room, and also in general to explore Rhodes... Wonderful location combining excellent sea view and landscape. Very close to Rhodos city with so many activities. Very friendly employees. We are excited with our stay and we thoroughly recommended it for relaxation.

The staff were very helpful and so friendly. The rooms were clean. Compared to other hotels down in town Hillside is also a much more quite location to stay.
Hillside is located about 12-16min walk from town. I am not writing this as a negative as our group was more then happy to save the money we did and just walk.

Hotel are managed by family, and they have a farm in island, - Good location, very friendly staff. 24 hour bar, restaraunt, pool tables, music and internet access. Excellent buffet breakfast and good value for money. Good for singles, couples and families as the staff assist in planning and recommend tourist activities. Highly recommended.
