  We have stayed at this hotel three times now each time for one night while waiting for a boat to paxos / the mainland. I would highly recommend it for a short stay, particularly the corner rooms (number 5 on each floor). These have a balcony looking down one of the main pedestrian streets and a window looking out across the park to the old fort. ... o que as pessoas dizem » The views from the top floor (room 505) are particularly spectacular. The location is excellent and corfu town is well worth a visit for a day or two. - Very helpful and friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. The gentleman on the reception booked the Despina for our crossing to Paxos. The hotel was very centrally located in the old town with a fantastic view of the old fort from our balcony. It was a wonderful start to our week's holiday and we will certainly return when next in Corfu.
