We were pleasantly surprised by the Ibis CDG. We booked a family room for our transit stay at the CDG before flying back home to KL. We were expecting a crammed little room to share with our teenage kids and a hassle to go from one terminal to the other. Everything went so smoothly as shuttle was clearly marked. Checked in was quick, helped by pleasant multi langual staff. We arrived at our room surprised to see how spacious it is. Simple but eficient and comfortable. The room was cosy, clean and had all facilities that were required. The Ibis airport was a perfect location to stay in Paris because its a lot cheaper and value for money than staying in Paris centre.....which was so overpriced for terrible rooms! Right outside the hotel is the RER which has a direct train line to Paris centre. It was perfect for us to catch the trains around Paris especially from the airport hotel. Paris has the best transport system therefore it's worth staying at the Ibis ai.
It is very clean and comfortable.excelent if you want to take trains
somewhere after your flight to Paris.For one last night before an early
flight.It can also be an alternative if Paris hotels are difficult to
book.You could buy for 70euros one card and go everywhere by metro and
trains in 5 zones. I is a very good deal.we went to auver sur oise and
provins using this pass .without paying a cent more. The restaurant
pizza pasta and cia at the very lobby of the hotel is delicious and not
expens.
We were flying home from Paris at noon the next day and wanted something close to Airport. This was 50 metres from Airport. Great location and takes worry out of missing a flight. Room was spacious and clean. Did not have a meal but had a drink in bar and staff were very good. All in all a great venue.
Good hotel for early morning departures from cdg. Located in Terminal 3,
it was a little hard to find at first and since we arrived late in the
evening there was no one around to help us find it. Breakfast was extra
but bountiful. Recommend using the Roissy bus to get to or from Paris.
The location is perfect when you are travelling on business. No stress to arrive to the airport when you have a flight very early in the morning. You are already there (with quick access to Paris city)!... The check in, and the check out process are really fast... Very friendly staff.
I initially only planned to stay two days but i have been here for ten days, i have been very pleased with the service from the friendly staff and the eating facilities. It is also very easy to travel as you have the metro on your doorstep . Very pleased all in all.

Had a great stay at cdg Ibis, in Paris. After arriving very late from
travel Room was ready and perfect. It was clean, comfortable and
convenient. It was a great buy comparing to the Marriott Airport, that I
stayed in earlier in the week.

well you can go with the freeshuttle from the airport to the hotel it is located 1 minute from the exit small room, but clean and very friendly staff, well it is at the airport it is a hotel for people waiting for connecting flight right so ...
I loved the location, right next to the terminal for my next flight. Check-in was effective and the staff friendly. And the restaurants on site offering a wide range of dishes. The new concept is a winner. The bed was extremely comfortable.

I was expecting to pay a fortune for food at the hotel and was
pleasantly surprised to see the pizza place in the lobby and the café
selling very reasonably priced food.
Comfortable, spacious room. On CDG., 20 min from check in gates with free airport shuttle and walking. Ideal for early departing flights. Easy accessable from Paris with RER, opposite terminal 3 station. Cheaper than 2 star hotels in Paris.
it was ideally situated to catch our flight in the day. I like white sheets in hotels so that one did not disappoint plus the Wi-Fi to connect with the internet for information in the city. Very clean room and adequate bathroom.
Convenient, clean and comfortable. Polite and efficient staff. I only stayed one night en route to a family celebration so all these things were particularly important! And I was able to recharge my phone with Chargebox - relief.
Very convenient for people going to CDG airport because this ibis is right outside terminal one. You can get there directly by taking RER B. The CDG van going to the airport is only 3 minutes away. Nice people in the restaurant.
The staff were very friendly. The room was nice and comfortable with good quality bedding. It was also surprisingly quiet inside, providing a good night's sleep. Located just outside terminal 3. Would definitely recommend.

Conveniently located right next to the airport. Comfortable rooms offering all amenities needed for a one-night stay between flights. Free Wi-Fi. Many TV channels, some of which are HD. Nice Italian restaurant.
What we enjoyed the most at this hotel was the location.The train is
right there if you want to go to Paris and if you are taking a flight
well you're right there. The price was good for a family of three.

The IBIS Roissy-Poele is extremely conveniently located within the CDG airport complex. Just a very short walk to the airport train shuttle transfers (CDGVAL).
It's very convinient hotel to have a dream in airport. It's directly in terminal 2. You should use ccdval for free from t3 to t2 and you will be in the hotel.

The hotel is perfect for its purpose, being located in the Charles de Gaulle Airport makes it perfect for the last night if you have an early flight home.

Just what we needed for a one night stopover. Nice to be able to walk to the terminal in the morning. Room was small but clean with a comfortable bed.

If you want to sightseeing Paris it will take about 45minuts.But there
is a train every 10 minutes.

A fire alarm woke up the whole hotel at 5 am. It turned out to be a
false alarm but the loss of sleep was not recompensed in any way.
As i am a muslim i was restricted to what was available to eat , not a lot vegetarian.

In the morning for breakfast it is either the buffet or nothing ... Not possible to have a coffee and a croissant ... I asked the waiter can I have just a coffee and a croissant (disgusting by the way)

The smoking rooms need more airing between customers. The smell of cold tobacco really permeated everything.

Upon check-in, they didn't have my reservation in their system. It was all sorted out quickly by the receptionist.
Room size - too small for rooms for couple (125 Sq ft) compared to 250 sq ft for similar room category on global std.
Expensive - per night cost (considering value for money) and breakfast cost.
Overpriced. But obviously they can get away with it due to the previously mentioned convenience factor!.
Because it is so popular, check-in lines tend to be
quite long any time of day.
I was unable to just get a cup of coffee in the morning without having to purchase the fixed price buffet breakfast for $13. It would be much more convenient to have an easier way to accomplish this.

the wait for check-in - although there were 5 staff behind desks, only one was serving guests - also he was very reluctant to accept cash because he had already cashed out - that should not be our problem.

Walls were very thin, hotel was noisy. Restaurant downstairs had bad food and slow service.

My flight was too early and I couldn't sleep in. Also suggest placing ATM in lobby if possible.
Nothing major. Plastic cups were cracked even though they were still unwrapped in their plastic. The do not disturb sign was removed by someone, which meant the cleaners were knocking every 30 minutes trying to get access to the room.

Bathrooms were too tight and cramped. Our travelling companions had a bedroom that was too small for a double bed.
Bathroom and shower is small but this isn't unusual for Europe.
