We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front staff were very friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to accommodate parking for our large car. My flight was delayed and I arrived very late and the hotel staff was
kind enough to stay up and wait for me to arrive, then carried my 38 lb
bag up three flights of stairs to my room. The following day after I
checked out the staff allowed me to leave my bags at the hotel while I
shopped and had lunch, then called a cab to take me to the cruise port.
Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and I enjoyed my stay and hope
to return for another stay in the future.
