I loved the attention to detail, the cleanliness of the rooms and of the hotel in general. It gave us the experience of slipping back in time. Most important was the human connection--the friendliness and graciousness of the staff. Our questions and requests were responded to quickly and politely. The room was great. I had a terrible room and called the front desk and they immediately switched me. The bed was great and the room was spacious. The staff were top-notch. The food in the restaurant was mostly excellent. I had the filet mignon both nights and the second time was exquisite. Restaurant staff are outstanding in terms of friendliness

Location to the MTS Centre. The shopping mall being very close. The hotel itself was very nice. Starbucks on the main floor was very nice to have. We also liked not having room close to elevator. Pleasant staff. -

I liked how they would change our towels and remake the beds even though we threw the covers over ourselves, everyday while we were there!! the girls were very friendly!! my grandson had a great time in the pools too!! the rest. was great too! we will be back again for sure!! keep up the great work!! hooray for clean rooms and clean carpet

Was early for check in plus was booked in a non pet room (in town for a cat show) and they went out of their way to get a room ready for me immediatly.
Restraunt on site has excellent food and is teasonablly priced. Pool is set in a tropical setting which is appealing.

Very courteous, helpfull and friendly staff. Location was out of the way and quiet but still within minutes to shopping etc. Secret deal made the value that much more so. -

We were a family of 9 ranging from grandparents to infant twins and everyone enjoyed their stay. We found everyone friendly and helpful, the slides and pool were a hit and the service was great. Would stay there again when traveling to Winnipeg!! -

The Old Traditional Hotel is gorgeous. Would be nice to restore it and upgrade the rooms
The bathrooms especially. But the basics of the hotel are good. Restaurant is very good. Breakfast is terrific. Location is terrific too. Accessible. When the downtown is shaped up it will be good.
