Very friendly staff. Even though we made a mistake on our reservation, they went out of their way to accommodate us. We were a group of six.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front staff were very friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to accommodate parking for our large car. We stayed in one of the larger rooms across the street from the main hotel and really loved our room. It was clean, spacious, had nice hard wood floors, and the bed was comfortable.

Accommodations were perfect for our needs. Could not have been cleaner or more convenient. Continental breakfast was good. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchenette allowed us to spread out some. We would definitely stay again!

I was expecting a two star hotel but I was pleasantly surprised. Maybe in relation to its luxury neighbouring hotel it is a 2 star but in my experience this hotel would be at least a 3 star. My flight was delayed and I arrived very late and the hotel staff was
kind enough to stay up and wait for me to arrive, then carried my 38 lb
bag up three flights of stairs to my room. The following day after I
checked out the staff allowed me to leave my bags at the hotel while I
shopped and had lunch, then called a cab to take me to the cruise port.
Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and I enjoyed my stay and hope
to return for another stay in the future.

I was assigned a room in the "Anna Mabel" adjunct motel. For the area it's relatively inexpensive. The WiFi works well. From the room there is a nice view across the road overlooking the Baie De Gaspé.
