I loved the king suite! we booked a king room but they upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. The manager of the hotel was also very friendly and courteous. They also honored our late check out request at no extra cost. Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. I loved my stay! Will definitely book again! -

The Chimo Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We were in Ottawa to attend our grand daughter's hockey tournament. The staff seemed to put us on a floor that didn't have hockey groups on the same floor. Therefore it was quiet at night for sleeping. We had a family emergency and had to leave early The hotel were very understanding

Upon check in, we were served by a fella who was covering a break. He had several lines ringing, and 3 check ins in front of him. He did a wonderful job in spite of these obstacles. He was very apologetic! Obviously experienced at multi tasking and serving the public. Well done!

Cordialidade e Honestidade do Atendentes do Hotel - O atendente quando chegamos na recepcao foi muito cortes, e nos deu boas dicas, porem foi um caso isolado, pois um outro atendente mais tarde nao nos foi prestativo, quando precisavamos imprimir uma folha da internet que eram nossas reservas do onibus de volta. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I definitely would recommend this hotel for price, quality and convenience to the attractions. - Close to the Falls, Casino and restaurants. The bed was so comfortable and the room was very clean and homey.. really impressed with it..slept so well..usually have a difficult time sleeping the first night..thankyou..Front desk staff was very accommodating. let us check in early as we had a wedding to attend.. thank you again.
