  The Chimo Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We were in Ottawa to attend our grand daughter's hockey tournament. The staff seemed to put us on a floor that didn't have hockey groups on the same floor. Therefore it was quiet at night for sleeping. Thank You Chimo - Upon check in, we were served by a fella who was covering a break. He had several lines ringing, and 3 check ins in front of him. He did a wonderful job in spite of these obstacles.   I liked the location. We were going out to Estaire so it was easy to visit a restaurant and get out of town. I appreciated having a non- smoking room pet room. In the past we non-smokers with pets were forced to take smoker rooms.
