The comforts of the rooms, the beds and pillows were awesome. Clean rooms and great facilities in the rooms. Provided Great information to guests in rooms. Reception staff very friendly and highly recommended. Big plus to to gentlemen whom checked us in very rare to find good, friendly helpful service. Will defenitely book with you again and will recommend to family and friends

It's just off the Kings Cross wasn't noisy at all. Downstairs in both sides super cute n very friendly little coffee shops with excellent service n superb breakfast. Hotel it self was smaller so not overcrowded clean nice decor with small kitchen n basic provided. Staff in reception very helpful always polite.

We loved the personal touch at Glenella, Erin was lovely and cooked us a great breakfast. Very good location for visiting Govetts Leap and the other sights in the Blue Mountains.
Just across the street we found a great restaurant called Vesta. Really recommend it , if you are serious about food !

Great kitchen in which to cook our evening meal and very good continental breakfast provided (which is a rare bonus for the price and type of accomodation). Staff very friendly and grounds beautiful. Everything, the friendly staff, the quality of the goods in the room, the privacy, also the price is quite fair too. The most important thing is that the place is a Pet-friendly
accommodation and this is a big bonus for travellers who do not know what to do with their dogs while they are away. I loved the place and I am going back there soon.
