This is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. The gentleman at the front desk (guy from Tonga) very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and have whitel linens. I loved the older style bathroom facilities that were in great condition and very clean. The room had a nice view out onto the street. Really great place to stay.

Probably one of the best Ibis Budget hotels in Australia. Super clean,
friendly staff and comfortable beds. Free parking and free tea and
coffee until 10pm. Great value for money option. -

The staff were very nice. I asked the lady on night staff, if I could have a spare blanket as I found the room cold and she came up the stairs with me telling me she would get me a lovely warm fluffy blanket . So she did with a lovely smile. Thank you so much.

Made us feel very welcome. The place had a very relaxed atmosphere about the place. It is a shame that there aren't more places with Staff like them.

Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Very affordable if you are looking for a no frills cheap room. There was no closet, small fridge or ironing in the room. The latter is available in the laundry room. Is surrounded by fast food outlets and close enough to drive to the city and shopping centers. -

I stay here only 2 weeks but i love the staff and the friendly people! I leave the hostel because i have an appartment now but i return here every day! Love this place and happy to come in every day. I was very impressed I could book in at 11am and out my luggage in. Then my daughter snd i could get straight yo the royal easter show .Parking was very convenient. Bed was so comfortable. Have since recommended ibis to many people -

reason. The new beds are super comfy, clean and quiet.....forget about
those expensive 5 star hotels with the snooty staff, go to the Ibis as

Macdonalds right outside the front door! Fine dining and a wonderful
location with friendly staff and comfy beds???? Go to the ibis!!!

I have used this hotel 3 times now as a stop off on my trips north. It is easy to find, well priced, in a great spot, and the staff are super friendly and nothing was or is a problem. Having stayed here when it was Formule 1 i have to say the beds are so much more comfy. Also it was good that there was a bar fridge in the room. Complimentary tea and coffee in the breakfast area was also appreciated
