  As I have trouble negotiating stairs, I was impressed to find a lift in this motel. There was plenty of undercover parking, and I found a spot directly in front of reception and the lift. The staff were extremely helpful and obbliging, and assisted me in making phonecalls to sort out a problem with my credit card on arrival. Unfortunately I - Upon arrival, the staff were friendly and helpful. This was booked as a one night stop over between the sunshine coast and sydney, however, after a night in the Mid-Pacific motel we would have actually liked to stay for a while in Port Macquarie for a couple of days longer. The rooms were really well presented, clean, fresh and welcoming. My fiance and I booked the executive room and were surprised at the quality of the room for the low cost. We will be returning and making this a frequent stop

  The lady at reception was very polite and professional. We would go there again. We arrived very late and were grateful that the man peered out his unit to direct us to a good parking spot as we had a high load and couldn't fit under the parking lot.   From day one it was great place to be, the staff are a big credit to the place, everything was nice and clean and working! My family and I were unfortunate to stay in one of Australia's worst Motor Inns, see for a Few Dollars More we stayed in the complete opposite at Best Western..
