  Very clean and comfortable/ child friendly and centrally located.Quiet at night and close to shops/cafe/supermarket/beach. The owner was extremely helpful and the whole experience was great value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending the John Oxley Motel. - The motel was clean and suited our needs wonderfully.   We spent the night at Koale Tree Motel as our rest stop on our way home from the Gold Coast to Sydney. I like the place because it is clean, well maintained and modern. My teenage daughters loved the free wifi. The small family room where we stayed was well equipped. We would definitely go back to spend more time in Port Maquarie a - if you want somewhere basic/excellent value to sleep on your way thru this is it - would definitely stay here again / a mix up with dates was sorted easily / the electronic access lock on the door is 'state of the art'! / I would stay here if I was in Port longer and make good use of the pool and BBQ area
