oking for the best budget accommodation. - We like the owners and found we had a lot in common. The room was larger than expected and we were quite comfortable for our four nights. George and family also provide your choice of a great breakfast. The location was good, we walked to the harbour and only took transit a couple of time but the hotel was easy for using bus or train. The hotel is within walking distance of terrific views of the Opera House and Harry's Cafe de Wheels. They have a handout that provides lots of tips about how to get around Sydney and things to do while in town. It was our first trip to Sydney and we only could stay one day before heading to Tonga, but we will return someday for a longer stay and would definitely consider staying at Mariners Court again.

We were left stranded at number 21 Oxford St., Darlinghurst by the "Air port to hotel " courtesy bus, and were most impressed when someone from the hotel came in a private car to transport us to to Arts Hotel.
