It was so close to all the hustle and bustle in the Cross. The nightlife is amazing. Getting back to my comfortable room was a breeze. Staff are extremely friendly and obliging. I will be staying again!.
The lady at reception on Saturday morning was extremely lovely and helped us out with early check in. I always come back to this hotel because the lovely reception staff are always willing to help.todos opiniões
I really loved the staff and the stay. Rooms were large enough for a family of 4 with a small kitchenette with microwave, dish washer etc.
Would highly recommend.
Good location, amazing and friendly staff. Near to everything laundry, shop, pub, club, and heaps good restaurant nearby. Recommend to all tourist.. Have fun!!.
The location was excellent with good public transport close by. Safe area. Excellent friendly staff. Free Internet. Comfy bed. Great eating places nearby.
Clean and comfortable rooms. I am very particular about the shower and bathroom but was happy with what was provided,.

The staff were friendly.
The price was ok for the location.
Really helpful and pleasant staff. Comfortable room. Location was good.
The large room and self contained kitchen facilities.
Location is excellent. Manager Andrew very friendly.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean comfortable room.

location.
Location.
I liked the location so close to trains and restaurants and night life. Staff were friendly.
One of the staff was very helpful and friendly. Other staff member a
bit snobbish.Room neat ,comfortable, shower etc. v good. Girl at reception excellent.
location was good...i meant for public transport even for walking.
Loved the location to kings cross and the rest of Sydney!.
Exercising & christening the new furniture.
Good location in the heart of kings cross.
Staff and location.
Location and staff.
Nothing much.
Internet.
I liked the fact that after Lucia left we got moved to another room. Be careful how u approach them on check in or u might get the worst place available as we did. You would need to crawl over each other to get in bed...never get room 208!!! But room 212 was much better which was provided after realising the drapes would not cover the window....after Lucia was gone of course...another very nice lady changed our room.
room was nice, staff were helpful enough. the rooftop area was a real bonus aswell.
Price was reasonable compared to other available hotels, but ...
Easy access to trains in and around Sydney.
Great location.
the location.
I did like their strickness though it was painful for the guest.
The hotel is in Sydney which is a great place.
The night staff guy was a bit creepy, he didnt say who he was when we came back to the hotel late and just asked what room we were going to and started following us.. He should be more professional.
About the hotel,if it would have been two blocks away, I would have given it a five star rating. Still it was just 2 minutes walk from the Kings Cross station but being a red light area, it is sometimes embarrassing with young kids.
Nothing. I was very happy.
fire alrm.
There was no hot water for a shower late at night after we walked back from a hot, sweaty concert .
There was only one portion of milk in the fridge for hot drinks.
The rooftop area was dirty and untidy. Could be great with some simple improvements.
The view from my window made it feel a little boxed in (i.e. no view). But overall pretty good place for money spent.
The outlook was onto an alleyway with garbage. No parking however we managed to find Loading Zones M-F close by (we were there S-S).
Noise from nearby club. It did subside by 1:00am though. Apparently it
is quieter the higher up the hotel you are.
Nothing.
I don't like the fact there's no meal option or breakfast.
Carpet near bathroom was wet.
Nothing.
very noisy at night.
The room could of had clean sheets at least and if you know your a light sleeper you will not get much sleep with a nightclub next door.
They charge for Wifi. Checkout time was 10am. Why are most Australian
hotels like this? Check-in time is 2 or 3 pm, what the bloody hell do
they do for 4 hours in between? The kitchenette only had a microwave,
would have been good to have had something else to cook food on for
those that don't like microwaving meat.Room service after night 1 did not replace soap (we only got one small piece on arrivala) or tea bags (we didn't use coffee or sugar). Reception brought some up after I asked.
After 2nd night our room was not serviced at all so we did it all ourselves.
Unfortunately street noises from the nearby night clubs kept us awake, particularly on Saturday night.
.
room did not clean for few days.i work in hotel line so spare me for privacy indicator.
The cleanliness was really poor, we wore thongs in the shower because it was so dirty, we had to buy toilet paper because we were only supplied with one roll, and we weren't given fresh towels our entire stay!.
When the guy was having a shower & water was coming out of the electrical lights in the foyer ... The lifts.
Beware the fire alarm will go off if you shower with the bathroom door open, they will try to tell you it will cost 1500 for the false call out, however if they updated their fire alarm system this would not happen, this made my experience very stressful and unpleasant. Cigarette burn marks in sofa and carpet, holes in sheets and a cockroach in the bathroom, but you can't expect perfection at that price!.
The place was very shabby and needs a make over photos on the website is not true to description. If you just need a bed to sleep at Night it's ok .
some maintenance and cleaning needs to be done.
The bloody noise coming from the night club down stairs was extremely
loud. You people would have known this anyway, so whats the point in
asking for a survey? I had to go buy ear-plugs when infact the hotel
should supply them automatically at reception.
They charged me again for a prepaid room.
I stayed from Wednesday to Tuesday for 6 nights. Bars are just next to the hotel. Parties on the street held on every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday until late midnight. Early in the morning starts from 5am, trash collection, uploading and downloading goods, all kinds of trucks work next to your windows until 8am. Then comes road construction from 8am onwards. Don't worry, there is a big bottle of ear plug and is for free next to the reception desk.
Tv didnt work.
Room 208 and Lucia...she assigned this room to us. And parking is a few blocks away...difficcult to find also.
it was extremely loud, we had no idea of the location and there was nothing to tell us of where it was. little did we know there was a club right below us that played until 6 am. we were also on the bottom floor so sleep was near impossible.
This hotel is located right in the heart of the only "Red
Light" district in Sydney. It is very unpleasant walking around the
streets and it is really really noisy all night long. Also, the hotel
would not store my luggages for couple of nights, although I was coming
back to stay in the hotel for the second time. It was a pain in the butt
carrying full luggages every places I travelled.... Will not stay in
this hotel again.
The surrounding area full of prostitutes and party goers.
Very noisy. Dirty carpet left the soles of my feet black.
the dirty linen no doona covers they were dirty.
Website not accurate.
Room was dirty.
Hotel very noisy from street
Niteclub in vicinity kept you awake all night
Linen soiled and stained.
The hotel condition is so unclean and worn out. With the rate it charges, it is totally not worth it.
This hotel situated in a crowed and noisey area. For comport living it is not a perfect place.
The hotel is everything you do not want to experiences. It is dirty,
noisy, low quality but at the same time quite pricy. My advise - do not
book this hotel. Spend 50$ more a night and get a decent hotel in Sydney.
Horrible, horrible, horrible.
I have already emailed the suites direct about how disgusted i was with the filthy rooms and lack of comfort. I am hoping i hear back as this was not a good experience.
Noise ,no double glazed windows,tv that didn't work, broken tiles in the shower, nightclub under the rooms, noisy doors it is one of the worst experiences I have had to pay for. Overpriced, broken window on entry staff seemed demoralised the whole atmosphere was depressing.
