  The staff was great! They were all very nice and always had a smile on their face. They were very knowledgeable about every aspect of the property as well as the history of the region and the best sight seeing in the area. But we had three of the best meals we ate during our month in Australia. The food is award winning, both s - We celebrated my 40th and I honestly will remember it for eva, thank you; my husband and I cannot say or think of anything negative in any way; we have stayed at many places; and we were 100% satisfied. The friday pizza night is such a great idea; the staff ever so obliging; our room perfect; the serene just amazing. Thank you; we will be back !

  Great value for money, really friendly staff. Great pool with excellent waterslide to keep the kids amused. Good shallow pool for toddlers. Nice deep sink in room for washing baby bottles, no need to wash them in the bathroom. The staff was super friendly with us and the facilities were delightful. We really rested while staying here and we would definitely return to the resort if traveling to North Queensland.

  Lovely setting around pool area. Food good, staff friendly and attentive. Room good and clean. Food excellent and front entrance lovely. Would stay again but in a different room. - Helpful welcoming staff. Lovely new spacious room overlooking the pool. Honesty fridge/bar very convenient. Would have liked to stay longer.

  The hotel is in a wonderfully quiet location with a short walk to anything you could desire. The room was larger than we expected and had everything you might need in it.   The location is excellent. Our room was lovely and the facilities really good. The serenity pool allows quiet away from the beach pool. Very pleased with our stay will certainly stay again. - The staff were very helpful. We didnt like the room we were given as was 3 rd floor and were moved to a garden view room,no problem.
