  The staff was great! They were all very nice and always had a smile on their face. They were very knowledgeable about every aspect of the property as well as the history of the region and the best sight seeing in the area. But we had three of the best meals we ate during our month in Australia. The food is award winning, both s - We celebrated my 40th and I honestly will remember it for eva, thank you; my husband and I cannot say or think of anything negative in any way; we have stayed at many places; and we were 100% satisfied. The friday pizza night is such a great idea; the staff ever so obliging; our room perfect; the serene just amazing. Thank you; we will be back !

  Great value for money, really friendly staff. Great pool with excellent waterslide to keep the kids amused. Good shallow pool for toddlers. Nice deep sink in room for washing baby bottles, no need to wash them in the bathroom. The staff was super friendly with us and the facilities were delightful. We really rested while staying here and we would definitely return to the resort if traveling to North Queensland.

Would stay again but in a different room. - Helpful welcoming staff. Lovely new spacious room overlooking the pool. Honesty fridge/bar very convenient. Would have liked to stay longer.

  The Reef Retreat is a quiet and peaceful hotel, set amongst beautiful gardens, with a gorgeous pool in the dappled shade. Our two bedroom villa was very spacious, clean, and stylish and had a balcony set amongst the tree tops. We often had the run of the pool, which the kids adored. Clive very helpfully booked rental cars for us, suggested and boo... o que as pessoas dizem » ked tours, and even lent us an eskie for our trip to Green Island. We loved our stay, would highly recommend the hotel, and hope to come back. - We stayed at Reef Retreat for a week and it was perfect. The accommodation was very clean, modern and comfortable. The hosts Clive and Mary were very pleasant and helpful, as were the staff. Beautiful location, close to the lovely beach and restaurants, great for a relaxing holiday.
