  The amazing service provided by the staff. I booked a room with 2 double beds but was given a room with one bed. Without any hesitation, the staff gave us a new room which was facing the beach. I also liked the security. Our room card stopped working so my husband went down to get a new one but the lady refused as it wasn't his name on the room. Even though we had the same last name, she took that precaution and it was nice to know your staff take security - Great reception at the door by the valet who organized the car and complimentary park for our anniversary. I did complete your room evaluation sheet on departure and left it at the desk with your staff.
