He answered each of my questions & gave me the taxi phone number, location of the railway station, approx. cost of the taxi fare & was courteous in every way.   Great hostel with wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. The Wednesday night BBQ and killer pool competition was so much fun. I loved this hostel because of how nice and accommodating the overall atmosphere was.   Fantastic and friendly staff member, josh. Spacious, clean kitchen with good equipment. Free wifi - though it took some time to get onto it. Comfortable room and (huge) bed with a fridge in the room too. Bathrooms were clean.   Unfortunately there was a mix-up with the backpackers in receiving my online reservation, however the staff member rectified this by upgrading my stay to a larger room with an ensuite which I was grateful for.
