  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The backpacker was surprisingly clean. In this backpacker there is: - free wifi - free bikes - free pool table - free breakfast - on wednesday there's free BBQ! I could sleep very well, no noise. I loved this backpacker! It's clean everywere and the staff is very friendly. We enjoyed the big common area, with big tables, comfortables sofas, billard and TV with DVD.   The gentleman I dealt with upon arrival - (Con) was obliging, friendly & extremely helpful. He answered each of my questions & gave me the taxi phone number, location of the railway station, approx. cost of the taxi fare & was courteous in every way.   Great hostel with wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. The Wednesday night BBQ and killer pool competition was so much fun. I loved this hostel because of how nice and accommodating the overall atmosphere was.   Unfortunately there was a mix-up with the backpackers in receiving my online reservation, however the staff member rectified this by upgrading my stay to a larger room with an ensuite which I was grateful for.
