We stayed in the hotel for two nights during our dragon boat holiday in Hanoi. The hotel is not In The old quarter, which I chooses deliberately to avoid the hustle and noise in the old quarter.
Free wifi, simple but adequate breakfast (they have pho, a local rice noodle, very delicious), the travel guide I found in the room is also very useful.

Where to start? From the moment we arrived, to the day we left we were treated like royalty. The staff are superb as is everything about the Silk Path. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone who is prepared to pay a little bit more for service which is gold class. -

It was a very nice hotel and quiet location yet close to all the main
attractions of Hanoi. We found it very relaxing and very friendly. The
staffs are very helpful and very polite. Staff at the front desk was
particularly helpful. All the staffs made you feel attended to and
welcome. The breakfasts were fantastic and the restaurant is excellent,
but a bit pricey for Vietnam. We had a great stay and would not hesitate
to return or recommend the hotel to fellow travelers.

I stayed in Junior suite and was upgraded to balcony suite. The room was amazing! I love my bed with comfortable duvet. Also, the breakfast was great! Excellent location. Most friendly and helpful staff. All of them you just couldn't fault the service. Our room was excellent and the balcony overlooking a busy Hanoi Street was just what you need to soak in the atmosphere. However if you do not like the busy traffic and noise suggest you ask for a quieter room. Everything was handy especially the shops and restaurants.

It's a very good hotel near the city center. They pick up us from the airport very late at night only for 4 $ more than the usual price and to the airport at the same price that all the taxisand they kept our lugage to go to Halong Bay. In tha city center, friendly staff and good design.
