  Compliments to Sang and his team at Bodega for giving us the best hospitality we've ever experienced! Everyone is cheerful and friendly, and always greets us warmly like old friends despite us barely staying for 2 nights. We were so confident of the team that we entrust - When I arrived hotel I talked to hotel staff and also asked them about Halong bay 2days and 1 night trip and they assisted me to book the trip with Dragon pearl cruise what was an amazing trip, good food, a lot of seafood as well. on our return the tour guide helped me to buy some medicinces for headach problem and when I got back to hotel the staff came over to ask if I need to go to see doctor and tooke a good care of me. Overall, I love this hotel and will come back here in next begining of

  We were impressed by the hospitality of the staff! Not only that, they have arranged all our trips including our Ha Long Bay trip with Imperial Luxury Cruise as well as the taxi from and to Noi Bai Airport. They arranged all trips for us and taxi to airport when leaving. They provide lovely bread rolls for breakfast and they let us rearrange one of the nights we originally booked to stay the night before we left. We left our bags there while on trips for couple of days an they were safe. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We were able to take shower when returning from trips and going to the next one. We came back from one trip at 5am an they gave us our room straight away T

  Great hostel. Best staff in Vietnam! They know your name (after one night) and where you are from. Breakfast is great and you feel welcome to take more if you´d like to. Good location - Excellent friendly and informative staff. Beautiful rooms, very comfortable. Homely feel, free tea/coffee and fruit available all day!

  Mrs Dung welcomed me with a beautiful smile and the young man was always there to open the door, turn on the fan to make sure I was comfortable, The staff helped me with planning trips around the city, calling the taxi, telling me how much I should pay & many useful things for a woman traveling alone.   Stayed here a total of one week. One of my best customer service experiences. Staff went above and beyond. Knowledgeable with recommendations tailored to your goals. Rooms clean, facilities good. Even shipped an item I left behind to Hoi An. Located in city center but quiet rooms. Friendly but not backpacker social atmosphere. FWIW: I have traveled 15 countries over last 5 years and stayed in acco - The people at the reception are so amazingly helpful and give real and correct information. The lady booked us a trip to Sapa, and when we compared to the other trips, ours was the most amazing one.Stars Hotell has been our home away from home in Hanoi. While we were on our trips to Halong Bay and to Sapa, our luggage was safely stored and looked after. When we came back, we were offered a shower and breakfast even without booking an extra room for a night. Absolutely great!
