The standard of the accommodation was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Our deluxe room was perfect complete with private computer. I cannot say enough good things about this Titanic hostel! This is without a doubt one of the best hostel I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world, and the staff is absolutely exceptional in every way. If you need any advice, need a new friend, or need to find a bar that's open after hours, they can help you out with whatever you need! The location is right next to the lake, walking distance to everything, and some of the dorms even have lovely little balconies overlooking the main street. T

Staff (Nga & Tam) were great help to me at travel bookings (halong bay, sapa). I spent there 4 nights in total as I kept going back arfer my trips. Nice little guest house with choice of dormitry and single/double rooms at fair prices (incl. small breakfast). Rooms are well equipped and clean. I liked that place very much. The two ladies and their colleagues make a good job. City center and restaurants can be reached within 5-10 minutes walk.

We recently stayed at the Hanoi Blue Sky Hotel and it was awesome! This was our first stop in Vietnam and it was definitely the best service we have encountered in SE Asia (have already been to Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia).
