“Great Rooms, Excellent Staff”
This was the first of our hotels during our Busines to hanoi on june 2013. We used the airport pickup service which was quite convenient. “Great stay and great service at the Twins Hotel ”
This was second first visit to Vietnam. The hotel and staff were excelent. Michael arraged a 2 day trip to Halongf Bay for me and it was amazing, great boat and room.
The Hotel is is a great location just steps away from railyway station ,Soward Lake and the Water Puppet Theater.
I would HIGHLY reccomend anyone to stay at the Twins. The staff there is very friendly and very helpful. The free breakfast was awesome in the morning, eggs to order,

The Hanoi Sky hotel was fantastic.. Everything from the arrival,greeted at the taxi with umbrellas, to all the helpful assistance provided, to the great breakfast.. Amazing.! The room was lovely, comfy bed and pillows, beautiful shower, clean! The hotel is located on a (supposedly) pedestrian alley.. A huge advantage as it is relatively quiet. There is a 24h Cafe down the alley called Puku.. Handy if you want some Western food without crossing a crazy Hanoi street! I highly recommend thi

The staff were fantastic. Our welcome when we arrived after a very long journey and very little sleep made us feel like we had really started our honeymoon. Only complaint would be that the bar closed very early and seemed to change from night to night.

The standard of the accommodation was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Our deluxe room was perfect complete with private computer. It was a very nice hotel and quiet location yet close to all the main
attractions of Hanoi. We found it very relaxing and very friendly. The
staffs are very helpful and very polite. Staff at the front desk was
particularly helpful. All the staffs made you feel attended to and
welcome. The breakfasts were fantastic and the restaurant is excellent,
but a bit pricey for Vietnam. We had a great stay and would not hesitate
to return or recommend the hotel to fellow travelers.
