We were so confident of the team that we entrust - When I arrived hotel I talked to hotel staff and also asked them about Halong bay 2days and 1 night trip and they assisted me to book the trip with Dragon pearl cruise what was an amazing trip, good food, a lot of seafood as well. on our return the tour guide helped me to buy some medicinces for headach problem and when I got back to hotel the staff came over to ask if I need to go to see doctor and tooke a good care of me.   We stayed in a 2-room apartment on 21st floor. The apartment was very nice, and newly recodorated. The apartment had large windows with beautiful view over Hanoi. Travelling with children it was nice to have a well equiped kitchen, a nice dining/sitting area where we could have breakfast and even dinner. The area on 4th floor with both swimmingpoo... co mówią ludzie » l, billiard table, tennis court, table tennis and play ground was perfect for us and our children. - Stayed at the Somerset Grand Hanoi for 4 nights with my wife and 2 young children ages 4 and 8. We could not fault any aspect of our stay. The apartments were spacious and clean, just perfect for a family like us. Breakfast was also very good with a wide variety and the restaurant for dinner is excellent in terms of quality and price. We would return again without hesitation.
