The room was lovely, comfy bed and pillows, beautiful shower, clean! The hotel is located on a (supposedly) pedestrian alley.. A huge advantage as it is relatively quiet.   The staff were fantastic. Our welcome when we arrived after a very long journey and very little sleep made us feel like we had really started our honeymoon.   Helpful friendly staff, excellent value for money - The Manager was extremely warm, friendly and helpful. He took a lot of the legwork out of plans by organising our tours and overnight train tickets out of Hanoi even to the point where he escorted us to the train station and made sure that we were safely on board the train before saying goodbye.
