We spend 1 night in INDOCHINA HOTEL. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. They assisted us in booking in Halong Bay before we even arrived. Everytime we were in the reception area we were warmly greeted like old friends. Our room was very clean, quite large, and it was great having a computer in our room. We enjoyed the fresh fruit.

I can guarantee you will not be disappointed - I'm very glad that i chanced upon splendid star hotel when looking for places to stay for three nights in Hanoi. Hotel breakfast menu was OK but some inprovement will make it better.
Good Vietnamese Restaurant "Quan An Ngon" 100m away and Western "La Badiane" next door. Walking distance to Melia Hotel, where I had the conference. You can stay here for a week with the price of 1~2 nights there.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights during our dragon boat holiday in Hanoi. The hotel is not In The old quarter, which I chooses deliberately to avoid the hustle and noise in the old quarter.
Free wifi, simple but adequate breakfast (they have pho, a local rice noodle, very delicious), the travel guide I found in the room is also very useful.

“Great Rooms, Excellent Staff”
This was the first of our hotels during our Busines to hanoi on june 2013. We used the airport pickup service which was quite convenient. “Great stay and great service at the Twins Hotel ”
This was second first visit to Vietnam. The hotel and staff were excelent. Michael arraged a 2 day trip to Halongf Bay for me and it was amazing, great boat and room.
The Hotel is is a great location just steps away from railyway station ,Soward Lake and the Water Puppet Theater.
I would HIGHLY reccomend anyone to stay at the Twins. The staff there is very friendly and very helpful. The free breakfast was awesome in the morning, eggs to order,
