  This hotel is relatively new and it shows in the way the rooms look clean and modern. The room has all the mod cons, including free internet in every room but the first room we were in was with a small window. It is also well located as it's on the edge of the old quarter but only 5 minutes from the lake and more peaceful surround - It was a very nice hotel and quiet location yet close to all the main attractions of Hanoi. We found it very relaxing and very friendly. The staffs are very helpful and very polite. Staff at the front desk was particularly helpful. All the staffs made you feel attended to and welcome. The breakfasts were fantastic and the restaurant is excellent, but a bit pricey for Vietnam. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to return or recommend the hotel to fellow travelers.
