The entire staff (Bruce, Maik, Dave and housekeeping) is absolutely delightful, considerate and go out of their way to make our entire stay comfortable. On our last day, we deposited our suitcases to the front desk in the morning and asked them to drive the suitcases in the hotel shuttle and picked us up from the Link Light Rail station at the end of the day and head straight to the airport to save time. The ac in the first room we were given was not working properly. Called
down to the desk and they moved us to another room and it was fine.
Comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean and the bathroom had a great
heat lamp and fan! Also, my friend forgot her toothbrush and they had
one for her. Very quiet and they had a great complementary breakfast.

The accommodations were very nice. The room was big. I was very thankful
to be given a bottom floor room, as requested, for my mom who is unable

I liked that coffee or tea was available at all times in the lobby with a nice place to sit in the dining room and relax, cookies were delicious! And the coffee was good!
