Courteous staff ready to assist with every request. Very comfortable room. Wonderful breakfast included. Easy off / on access to the interstate. Cookies were great too. -
Staff/owner very friendly and informative. Near downtown and eased to get to Gran Ole Opry and hotel Gaylord Opryland. A must see.

The stay at the hotel was like staying at a bed and breakfast. The staff was amazing and the breakfast in the morning with the other guests was remarkable. The staff was there talking to all of the guests making us feel like we were at home eating. Very clean and very comfortable. Very pleasurable stay and worth the money to stay. -

We liked the comfort of the beds, the room cleanliness, and the staff
was very nice and accomodating. Plus they paid attention to our special
instructions before we got there. The location was excellent for those
wanting to be close to downtown Gaitlinburg and to Dollywood. The price
for this hotel was pretty good in comparison to others around it

We liked the spacious king bedroom with the Jacuzzi, the jacuzzi. In our room was great, everything is in walking distance so no driving is necessary, and the pool was clean and fitness center was clean.

This facility had just been fully remodeled. If it wasn't for outside (which was fine) you would have thought it was a new hotel. Was perfectly clean/new and lush. The price was really unbelievable for what we received.
Great stopover on our way to mountains. -
The rooms were very nice. People at the desk were friendly and helpful.

The room was amazing. The staff was very courteous and helpful when there was a problem with our reservation. The hotel is located very conveniently for getting around the main strip of Antioch, despite the confusing series of stoplights surrounding it. -
