I thought it was new, modern and very clean. The staff was always really friendly. We had never been to Nashville before and didn't want to spend our money on an expensive hotel downtown. We drove in and had a car and could not have been more pleased with the hotel along with the closeness to the city -

... co mówią ludzie » very convenient. We arrived to Nashville about 10:15pm without any reservations. We booked through letsbookhotel.com while in the parking lot! Our room was large, clean, and inviting. Our desk clerk, Deidre, was awesome in handling a minor snafu on check-in.

We were given the disabled room when we booked, and it was much larger
then a normal room and had easy access and two double beds, which was
different but a good nights sleep was had by all once we finished
partying on broadway downtown.
It was a great location too for the nightlife . We had a ball. The beds were very comfortable. -

We were trailering snowmobiles and the place had great parking for the trailer. Easy 5 mi ride to Red Parka's, 1/2 mile to Attitash Skiing and 19 mi to Bretton Woods. -

Location, location, location! We were close to everything we needed, wanted, etc. right in the heart of Gatlinburg. Although we were discouraged by the outside appearance of the hotel, our suite was BEAUTIFUL. Very clean, spacious, with all amenities included, and nicely/warmly decorated to feel like home. The room was very nice with lovely decor. Everything was very clean which is a big plus to me! It was warm and inviting. I also liked the fact that it was just a block away from downtown. Had a wonderful time.

We loved just about everything at The Resort. This is the perfect place to stay for families with children. Our kids loved both the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the outdoor play area. I have been going to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area for the past 10+ years. As far as lodging is concerned The Resort @ Governor's Crossing ranks among the best. The location is wonderful, a little away from the Pigeon Forge "strip" but not too far away. The staff is very friendly and committed to making the stay a wonderful one. The water parks (indoor and outdoor) are very well maintained and my kids had a wonderful time. The hotel suite was very clean and had enough room for my family of 5

The hot tub and exercise room were terrific. My friends slept in the king size bed and said it was very, very comfortable. There was a large breakfast with lots of variety. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. -

Staff was unbelievably helpful, courteous, and accomodating. Great in every way and we stay a a lot of hotels. Close to the Grand Ole Opry, and close enough to Broadway and other Nashville points of interest. Local bars like Music City Bar just adjacent to the hotel were WAY better than you might expect. -

Loved the location and the fact that we were in the mountains. The
location was great--just a few miles outside of Gatlinburg and not very

We like that we could visit here & had all we needed right on spot, didn't have to bring anything from town. We like that as a couple we were able to go out that evening & enjoy other couples socializing at the bar & had the restaurant on site. We also like that when we decide to come back we can also bring our daughter & she will be occupied with activities to do for her own age. Beautiful place, loved it, can't wait to come back!
