Very well decorated. Very Clean. Looked like a much more expensive
hotel. The attached Red Rossa Restaurant's food was very good. They
told us they made their own sauce each day. -
We raelly liked it because there was good staff and it was very
clean.Also we really liked the breaktfeast and the courtyard and the
Italian reasturant.

Very accommodating when we needed a microwave, they set one out for us to use. -

was excellent, however it would be nice to have some activites added in

The rooms are a good size and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If you have children, you cannot beat this hotel! We were visiting family in Rapid City and the hotel's indoor Water Park proved to very popular with the entire family. The hotel helped to make it a great weekend in Rapid City. The Sunday Brunch was also very good.

From the minute we walked in the door to the minute we left everything
was excellent. There was a problem with the charges on my credit card
and the manager made sure it was fixed. Everyone was very friendly,

beautiful, clean and very comfortable accomodations. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was ideal for tennis locations which was our destination for the weekend. Restaurant offered a delicious variety of breakfast entrees that we absolutely loved! Thank you and we will be staying with you again.

This was a last minute trip to Rapid. We bought our daughter a car and needed a affordable but family-friendly atmosphere Hotel. This Hotel had it all! We were very pleased with this Budget-friendly clean and well kept Hotel, oh and the pool and slide was a huge hit with all 5 of our kids :) We will stay there agian.

It was a very enjoyable stay. Room was nice, beds were comfortable as were the pillows. The staff were very professional and very polite. The restaurant was also very well run with superb food. The only complaint we had was that the jets in the hot tub were not working, if that's anything to complain about!! Thanks for the great stay! -

Office was bright, clean, and smelled good! Was very welcoming-easy check in. Room was on the ground level so easily accessible with luggage, etc. Continental breakfast was good. Many brochures for navigating around the Black Hills. -
