  The accommodations were wonderful! Beautiful facility, nice rooms, comfortable beds plus other amenities which enhanced our trip! Staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Service was Number 1! Thank You! On the morning that we were leaving, the Hostess in the Dining Room let us know they were short-staffed - The best of the best..... The layout of the rooms, casino and restaurant are absolutely classic. The clean air and comfy rooms were important to us. We were so impressed with the gourmet food and the architectural layout of the restaurant. It seems nothing was left to chance. We chose to eat every meal there but one. A high five to every employee from restaurant, gift shop, and motel check-in. We were satisfied spending most of our time at the Lodge. Wish the slots had been kinder to the pock

  The room was a good size with a sofa and coffee table as well as a separate dining/work table and sofa chair. Lots of parking, good hot and cold breakfast and easy to find; Hot Springs is a great location for accessing Wind Cave NP and Custer SP. Strong WiFi connection in the room.   The room was very Victorian and decorated very nice. The sheets were like silk and the bed very comfortable. Meeting the owner and seeing pictures of the condemned building and the after renovation pictures of their beautiful hotel was a joy. The claw foot tub in the room was beautiful. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The room was clean and gorgeous. We will definitely stay again!
