  This Inn is located very close to the highway, local and beaches at newport, close to a beautiful drive and within a few miles from the Mansions in Bellevue rd. It's set in a park-like property with lots of trees, flowers and lawns and one can see that there is a lot of personal pride involved.   For the money we spent it wasn't that bad at all. It was close to a shopping center. Walmart, stop n shop , dunkin donuts, subway, Chinese food and much much more. It was only a 10 min drive to downtown Newport.   The room (a king) was more spacious than we had been led to believe by other reviewers. We had plenty of room with a chest of drawers and the area to hang our clothes. We had two bicycles in our room as well and had enough room to store them and have them out of the way. The room was quite clean and neat.
