  This was our first Bed & Breakfast so we were a little skeptical. We were so pleased with the Inn Keeper Cindy. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, and we were comfortable. Her breakfast was fantastic but nothing topped her chocolate chip cookies! She even gave us a bag of them for our long trip home! Thanks! - The property was well maintained and the room was beautiful. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. For early risers or late night arrivals there was either a continental breakfast or fresh cookies and beverages. The full breakfast at 9am was a pleasant experience that started our day of exploring with a full belly. The room was very romantic and spacious. I will stay here again and their off season rates are very reasonable while still including the amenities.

  We had a fantastic stay and fully enjoyed it. The hosts are brilliant and we can only thank so much for all the good tips and information about R.I.   Stayed on 1st Fl Rm 105. Hotels location was a plus being so near Thames Street & waterfront. The underground garage was great since our car was secure while we walked all over Newport. Housekeeping inquired every night whether any thing was needed prior to morning. The bare brick walls were a nice decor/touch. Lots of nice little touches....soft robes, fluffy pillows, good-nite note w/ gummy bears instead of chocolates :-)! Would definitely stay here again!
