The rooms are very spacious beautifully appointed and fully equipped with refrigerator, safe, toiletries, yummy robes, hairdryer, iron and board complimentary water and so much more. An easy stay at a hotel with an excellent location for exploring Newport. My wife and I had a good night's sleep in the huge King-size bed and my baby daughter was in a comfy crib that was provided by the hotel. I'd definitely stay again. -

It had everything that we needed. The staff were especially helpful and informed us that the shuttle would take us to a restaurant for lunch. Since we were really tired of driving by this time and didn't want to try and find a good restaurant, this was greatly appreciated. The rooms were large. We had extra pillows. My husband always wants extra pillows. The bed had a lightweight throw blanket. I liked that. The ice machine and vending machines were close by. The shuttle was prompt and driver was nice. We were close to the airport.

Due to some mis-hap, the hotel didn't have our booking. However, they were able to accommodate us and one of our rooms was better than we had originally booked, at no extra cost, so - result! Only stayed one night so don't feel we got the full benefit of the hotel, however the staff were very pleasant and helpful, particularly in relation to the missing booking.

Staff were really helpful form the moment I arrived. I had a 26 hr journey and to be greeted with a big smile and quick check in was fabulous. Great breakfast with some plant-based options. The contemporary style and atmosphere. Great facilities the wifi connection throughout the hotel and the computers available for use. The lounge/ lobby area was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout the hotel from the front desk to to housekeeping and to the bistro. Well done ! -
