We stayed in the King bed room. The room is very clean and it comes with a microwave and a small refrig. The restaurant was the best !!! The food and the serving staff were the BEST !!!. We would definitely recommend everyone to stay at the place and enjoy the food there. -

Very clean rooms with that are larger than most with a bathroom that is
larger than most. Extra comfortable matresses,sheets and pillows along
with a quiet environment made for a delightful sleep. We were there when
motel was sold out and still had a quiet night's sleep. Would

There was a glitch in our reservation upon arrival, with the wrong date of arrival having been entered. Bianca on the front desk went above and beyond to solve that problem. She has great people skills. Shuttle service was offered until 11 pm and was perfect for our needs. Decor and rooms were well appointed. -

This place was great! It is right in the middle of all the action, a few minutes walk from everything! The inn was charming and authentic. The host for our stay was inn-sitting and he was amazing! We felt welcome and at home. We will definitely be back!! -

beautiful clean rooms in a lovely part of town just a few blocks from the river.. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot, varied, and plentiful. The 11th floor lounge has a terrific view of the city. -

The staff was very friendly and welcoming despite our late evening arival. The room was very clean and the furnishing gave were excellent. The bathroom was clean and modern. We loved our visit to Newport and will stay here again! The staff was wonderful and gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area. Everything but the beaches and mansions were in walking distance. The breakfast was simple but filling and fresh each morning, with fruit and/or cookies out each day and afternoon. The room was great, and we especially enjoyed the deck...a great place for a glass of wine or cup of coffee! Thanks so much for a great stay!

I thought the Inn had everything that we needed for our week end in Newport, RI. The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was great. Plus, there was always a pot of fresh coffee. I would book this Inn again. Thanks to all the staff. -
