always looking to help us. After we left, my son left his wallet, and
Richard send us an email before we realized he had left it. He send it
to New York where we were. We had a very good time and we appreciatte

There was a glitch in our reservation upon arrival, with the wrong date of arrival having been entered. Bianca on the front desk went above and beyond to solve that problem. She has great people skills. Shuttle service was offered until 11 pm and was perfect for our needs. Decor and rooms were well appointed. -

This place was great! It is right in the middle of all the action, a few minutes walk from everything! The inn was charming and authentic. The host for our stay was inn-sitting and he was amazing! We felt welcome and at home. We will definitely be back!! -

beautiful clean rooms in a lovely part of town just a few blocks from the river.. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot, varied, and plentiful. The 11th floor lounge has a terrific view of the city. -

The staff was very friendly and welcoming despite our late evening arival. The room was very clean and the furnishing gave were excellent. The bathroom was clean and modern. The contemporary style and atmosphere. Great facilities the wifi connection throughout the hotel and the computers available for use. The lounge/ lobby area was very comfortable. The hotel was central to absolutely everything. Walked most of the time. Drove about 2 min to get to Mansions/Cliff Walk. Staff were friendly - allowed us to stay parked for a couple hours after we checked out so we could have lunch. Keurig in room is nice/generous but they need to give a couple more creamers! Gated/very safe parking. -

water view that was spectacular! The staff was great and helped decorate
the room with roses and champagne so that my boyfriend could propose
