Very clean, front desk staff was very helpful and professional, the shower was persnikidy at times with controlling with temp. Very peaceful many times in a d out of hotel and only passes one person in the elevator. Breakfast was good if your an early riser. -

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our late check in and we
were even able to grab a bite to eat. We left early for the airport and

WOW! What a great hotel for the price! In a great location, extremely clean and friendly staff. We were only there for one night but would stay again. The bed was HUGE and super comfortable, could have done with larger pillows. The parking lot can get a little crowded as people check in. Did not get up early enough to eat breakfast. -

The only thingI found to be not so pleasant was the rear parking lot. But overall I will be back and stay at your hotel.

The breakfast was all we needed to start the day and gave us a time and money savings. The view from the motel is beautiful but then again it is Asheville. The value the staff offered on the Biltmore 2-day package was the way to go! We extended our stay and the staff allowed at at the same rate...but forgot to OK our keys...no big deal. The staff also helped with a short cut into town. I give the staff hig grades

My husband & I were there to assist our son into graduate housing at UNCG. Our stay was from 8/1/13 to 8/8/13. We found the location of Baymont Inn to be very convenient to UNCG and very affordable. The Inn was very clean, staff was very friendly & helpful & the breakfast buffet was a wonderful way to start the day! We plan on staying at the Baymont Inn whenever we visit our son. We enjoyed our stay! :)
