This stay was primarily used to have a hot shower in the AM. I am in Durham everyday commuted from Harnett county, but had a shutdown scheduled for Tuesday at 4AM. My first night there, my airconditioner did not work. I reported it the next morning, when I returned that day, a brand new wall unit had been placed. They fixed the problem quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. I have to return next month for two more weeks of training. I know where I will be staying! Thank you Brookwood Inn!

Very clean, front desk staff was very helpful and professional, the shower was persnikidy at times with controlling with temp. Very peaceful many times in a d out of hotel and only passes one person in the elevator. Breakfast was good if your an early riser. -

The coffee maker did not heat the water. A replacement was given which also didn't heat the water.
Power was out when we arrived.
Came back on within 30-45 minutes. When asked about ice we were told the icemaker was broken (however, it turns out it was because the power was off). A young man was sent for several bags of it and we were told th

(1) I liked the breakfast set up
(2) The room was comfortable but the furniture needs to be updated, Our in room desk chair needed to be thrown out
(3) No ANIMALS allowed
(4) Housekeeping was good
(5) When our room was not ready the day desk clerk was quick to resolve the problem, and moved us to another room

WOW! What a great hotel for the price! In a great location, extremely clean and friendly staff. We were only there for one night but would stay again. The bed was HUGE and super comfortable, could have done with larger pillows. The parking lot can get a little crowded as people check in. Did not get up early enough to eat breakfast. -

Everything, it was clean and looked freshly painted! Info about Asheville that was located in the room was wonderful, very useful and we visited one of the restaurants described and it was amazing. Oatmeal in hot pot was great!!! -

First thing I noticed was a well lit parking lot. Next was Fast friendly reception on arrival. Quick registration. Rooms and beds clean without bugs or smells. Lots of places to put your things other than the floor. Waffle maker huge hit with the kids. Lots of other breakfast choices, hot and cold. Easy check out. Would stay again. -
