  I liked that when I mistakenly left a bag next to my car and drove off without it (in Asheville, NC,a staff member found it and immediately turned it over to the management. I don't know who it was but the person deserves huge kudos. Hampton Inns are my favorite - once before (in Thomaston, ME)I left a precious ring. It - We stayed at the Hampton inn for our 24th wedding anniversary. We were greeted so kindly and was even given a gift certificate to a very nice restaurant as a gift for our anniversary. Even printed out menus so we could decide ahead if this would be a restaurant we would like to eat at. We were going to the Biltmore the Nxt day They gave us step by step directions to get there. We were very impressed we can't wait to go back and stay there again very soon.

  The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The place was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was perfect - minutes from downtown and minutes from the Biltmore Estate. LOVED the shuttle to downtown all night long! So fun for me and my husband. Wonderful experience! - The staff was very helpful, especially the young man that guided me in because our GPS could not pick up the location. The breakfast was delicious and the options were many. The chefs went out of there way to provide an alternative to pork breakfast meat.

  My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! The plantation was clean, quiet and beautiful! We loved that we were close to the beach yet away from the hustle and bustle. We were returning home from a trip to Walt Disney World and decided we needed a vacation from our vacation, so I began to Google available places on my phone. We - I thought the entire trip was perfect! The staff was super nice and the room was beautiful. It was super clean and i had a great relaxing trip.   Breakfast should be included in the rate for this type of hotel and they should put bottles of water in the room (I saw them giving some customers bottles when they checked in, but they did not give them to me) - staff was very accommodating; close to lots of good shopping and restaurants
