Breakfast hot/cold buffet was good quality and good choice.
The rooms with single cup brew was hygenic and convinient. Having a fridge and microwave was a plus even though the stay was not long enough to need it.

The hotel is less than 5 minutes walking distance to Times Square and to two separate subway lines which run 24hours. Sights such as MoMa and Rockefeller Plaza are walking distance away.
The room, bed linens and bathroom towels were clean. Bathrooms were clean as well. Rooms were cleaned Dailey and towels refreshed daily a well.
Staff was helpful and friendly. The queen room accommodated my needs perfectly. The bed was comfortable.

I like that the front desk was friendly. The room is compact like a studio but not bad. Comfy! If your looking or expecting Four Seasons but your paying $69, get real! But let me tell you, this is the real New York experience coming from an New Yorker! The room is small like real rooms in ny but is clean and good if you need a place for a night or too! We were really impressed with the hotel. Surprisingly nice for such a great price. It isn't in manhattan but it is a 10 min walk between 2 metro stations and fast to get to everywhere.
