  Great Staff. I mean just the nicest front desk personnel. Not a luxury hotel but so clean, and great for business travel. Also, free internet computers available in the business center. Very good American buffet breakfast (bacon, sausage, real scrambled eggs... All part of the price of the room!). It even takes you the - The staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast hot/cold buffet was good quality and good choice. The rooms with single cup brew was hygenic and convinient. Having a fridge and microwave was a plus even though the stay was not long enough to need it.

Getting to 8th and 9th Avenue is easy - The hotel is less than 5 minutes walking distance to Times Square and to two separate subway lines which run 24hours. Sights such as MoMa and Rockefeller Plaza are walking distance away. The room, bed linens and bathroom towels were clean. Bathrooms were clean as well. Rooms were cleaned Dailey and towels refreshed daily a well. Staff was helpful and friendly. The queen room accommodated my needs perfectly. The bed was comfortable.

  Self-contained unit, safe secure entry, spacious with modern kitchen facilities. Plastic bowls and plates cutlery etc..but I guess it saves washing and breakage. Good clothes storage facilities. Most of the European restaurants are at the other end of Brooklyn near the bridge. Though there is a McDonalds ab - We were really impressed with the hotel. Surprisingly nice for such a great price. It isn't in manhattan but it is a 10 min walk between 2 metro stations and fast to get to everywhere. The area itself was multi cultural which means great food!   Size of room was good compared to NY rooms. Staff were extremely helpful. Very clean and location is excellent whilst quiet at night. The hotel is exactly as it is described and we were not disappointed.
