  The ambieance of the facility, the very friendly and helpful staff. The view and value of the price for the room and wonderful breakfast that came with it. Just an overall wonderful experience that was initially unplanned and immediately after we arrived we checked into the availability to stay another night. - The secluded seaside location. The poolhouse very lux. Breakfast was fresh and fab.

Also close to major city and sight seeing, but small town quaintness with best road side homemade ice cream shop nearby. Morning newspapers and coffee and activities.
