  Hotel location was excellent. Motel is not modern buy very clean, spacious and bed very comfortable. We were lucky with the wheather in october. 24 C for 2 days. Because of the US Federal Shutdown, the Parks were closed but we decided to walk the beautiful trails up to Cadillac Mountain - 4 miles up and 4 miles down. Bathroom was well-stocked and functioned well. The free Wi-Fi was great and the motel is very easy walking distance to everything in downtown Bar Harbor.

  The ambieance of the facility, the very friendly and helpful staff. The view and value of the price for the room and wonderful breakfast that came with it. Just an overall wonderful experience that was initially unplanned and immediately after we arrived we checked into the availability to stay another night. - The secluded seaside location.
