Hotel location was excellent. Motel is not modern buy very clean, spacious and bed very comfortable. We were lucky with the wheather in october. 24 C for 2 days. Because of the US Federal Shutdown, the Parks were closed but we decided to walk the beautiful trails up to Cadillac Mountain - 4 miles up and 4 miles down. Hubby and I are in our 50s and

The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was well-stocked and functioned well. The free Wi-Fi was great and the motel is very easy walking distance to everything in downtown Bar Harbor.

The ambieance of the facility, the very friendly and helpful staff. The view and value of the price for the room and wonderful breakfast that came with it. Just an overall wonderful experience that was initially unplanned and immediately after we arrived we checked into the availability to stay another night. -

Hotel easy to get to from airport. Very friendly helpful staff. Free valet parking. Also close to major city and sight seeing, but small town quaintness with best road side homemade ice cream shop nearby. Morning newspapers and coffee and activities. The Spa was very nice with steam room. -
