All of the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. I
accidently booked the hotel for the following week and they were able to
accommodate me very quickly - I was very impressed. The room was very
pretty and very clean. The decor was very nice. The breakfast was very
good, lot of choices. The overall hotel was very pretty. -

They love apple slices. Sweet and lovable. Central location to all the fun spots. Did I say, Loved the donkeys.. :)

I loved the friendly staff. Heather who was at the front desk, went out of her way to let me check in early and even provided me with some refreshments while I waited. The rooms were clean and beautiful, the breakfast was great! The pool and hot tub very clean and well maintained. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in years. -
... co mówią ludzie » Staff was excellent; very comfortable. We had our dog with us and she liked the place too. Breakfast offered was fresh fruit. Far enough from highway so that it was quiet; AC was quiet but we unplugged the fridge because it was noisy.

The receptionist was very friendly and when we arrived 30 min early
before check in she was able to get us into our room early and she made
us feel very welcomed. Very close to the New Braunfels river and
Schlitterbahn water park that we were visiting. The Hotel room was very
comfortable and clean and had plenty of hot water. -

We loved the cottage style accomodation, friendly and helpfulness of staff, and everything else that makes a stay away from home acceptable. The staff was so willing to find us a larger cottage when we told them the "queen"" cottage was just too small for 2 people. Frio was very nice and roomy for us, our two daughters and our 3 grandchildren. The porch made the stay even more pleasant as we had a place to visit while the little ones were still sleeping.We loved the linen and trash pick-up and also the in-door pool as we did not have to worry about too much sun for the 1 and 5 year olds. Look forward to our next visit.

The staff responded with professionalism, and a stated repair
commitment, when I pointed out some minor defects in room #204:
1) The safety latch (both sides) on the door was rattling loose, screws backed out. This situation does NOT inspire confidence.
2) One leg of the table was wobbly loose. Again... leaving a bad impression, or worse.

Joseph at the front desk is an awesome asset to Exec Inn's bottom line guest services. The smaller property lends itself well to the quiet residential neighborhood next door. Clean rooms that could compare to any of the higher budgeted and newly built hotels in the area.
