Liked the hotel by the river so scenic and serene.Liked how the stone building was made to fit into the area.the rooms were luxurious and comfortable.the best staff I have ever seen.all hotels should be made with the scenery like this one.Very relaxing. -

Frio was very nice and roomy for us, our two daughters and our 3 grandchildren. The porch made the stay even more pleasant as we had a place to visit while the little ones were still sleeping.We loved the linen and trash pick-up and also the in-door pool as we did not have to worry about too much sun for the 1 and 5 year olds. Look forward to our next visit.

The seductively low prices led us to think we would be in a bog standard motel. It is much superior. The breakfasts are proper set-you-up jobs and keep you firing for hours. The staff are sweet as you like, the rooms are generous with both space and kit. The location is superb. -

at night; glow in the dark putting green; poolside band; and a huge

The staff responded with professionalism, and a stated repair
commitment, when I pointed out some minor defects in room #204:
1) The safety latch (both sides) on the door was rattling loose, screws backed out. This situation does NOT inspire confidence.
2) One leg of the table was wobbly loose. Again... leaving a bad impression, or worse.

Joseph at the front desk is an awesome asset to Exec Inn's bottom line guest services. The smaller property lends itself well to the quiet residential neighborhood next door. Clean rooms that could compare to any of the higher budgeted and newly built hotels in the area.
